The MGT team includes:

Mr. Bernal serves as the project executive, legal researcher, and lead quantitative researcher.
Vernetta Mitchell, Project Director
Ms. Mitchell serves as the project director and lead qualitative researcher.
Corlisha Mitchell, Project Manager
Serves a project manager and reviews existing policies and procedures related to procurement processes.
Mario Trevino assists with conducting in-depth interviews with businesses and professional organizations and assisting in the execution of communication, outreach, and engagement plan.
Dr. Edward Rincon will lead and execute the custom census (availability) and vendor (qualitative) surveys for the study.
