WELCOME
WELCOME
The City of Grand Prairie (City) is conducting a Disparity Study led by MGT Consulting Group to understand how factors like race, ethnicity, and gender impact businesses in its marketplace. This study aims to assess the ability of businesses, particularly those owned by minorities, women, veterans, and service-disabled veterans, to secure contracts and succeed in the City’s market, both in public and private sectors.
Business participation in this study is crucial to provide insights into discriminatory barriers and behaviors experienced while doing business in the City’s marketplace. Participation will help shape policies and practices to foster a more inclusive and equitable business environment. Learn how to get involved below.
